Your Workspace is Causing a Pain in the Neck

Did you know that the way your work space is setup could be the reason your neck hurts? It’s true! If you’re like many people, you probably spend most of your day sitting at a desk. And if your desk isn’t ergonomically correct, it can cause all sorts of problems, including neck pain, tingly stiff legs and a misaligned back.



That’s why it’s so important to make sure your work space is set up correctly. If you’re not sure how to do this, there are plenty of resources available online that can help you find the right ergonomic products for your specific needs and make sure your work space is set up correctly.

A change that cost nothing is working on your posture while sitting–instead of slumping while staring down at your phone or screen, make a point to sit up straight and adjust your screens to be eye-level.

As well, set a timer to get up once an hour to move, take a short work around the office, get your blood flowing.
