New Patients Are Always Welcome
We’re honored that you’re considering us for your physical therapy, chiropractic, and pain management needs. We love meeting new patients and helping them solve all of their health challenges. Helping you get back to living is at the heart of everything we do!
At Cherry Health Center you’re not just another patient — you’re our top priority!
Experience the Cherry Health Difference
When you arrive for your first appointment, you’ll notice that we do things differently than other clinics, from the time we spend with you discussing your needs to our innovative treatments. You’ll be treated with respect and kindness as we work together to target your pain and create a solution that works for you.
When you come in for the first time you’ll fill out a few forms, including:
- New patient paperwork
- Objective measurement surveys
You should have any insurance information handy to make this process quick and easy.
Next, you’ll meet with a member of our medical staff to go over your vital information. Their goal is to gather as much pertinent information as possible before your examination. When your conversation is over you’ll be examined by a health care provider. At this time you might also need to have radiologic images of any treatment areas, which we can do during your appointment without leaving our offices.
Visit #2 — Understanding Your Medical Condition
After we’ve met you, spoken with you to understand your concerns, and performed our examination and any needed tests, our team of providers discuss your case. We look at all the information and determine the best course of action. At this time we invite you in for a Report of Findings Visit.
In this visit one of our providers goes over our findings and what we feel would be the best course of treatment for your situation. We even call in our insurance department to go over your specific insurance situation. Our goal is to ensure that there are no surprises, either in your treatment plan or with your insurance company.
If you’re ready to start treatment, then you can begin your treatment plan during this appointment.
